How do I determine my correct size?

Try all three sizes that come in your Starter Kit. Your preferred size should feel comfortable, stay in place, and not leak around the seals.

Should I wear the headgear?

Try using the device first without the headgear. If you are an active sleeper or find the device inadvertently coming out at night, then try the headgear.

Any helpful tips for success with ZValves?

  • Some people get used to ZValves right away; others may need up to a week or longer.
  • Give yourself as much time as you need, considering the positive benefits of alleviating your snoring.
  • Try all included sizes.
  • Minimize activity while wearing the device.
  • It is okay to breathe out your mouth while trying to fall asleep.
  • At first, it may take you some time to fall asleep or you may wake up in the middle of the night. This is normal.
  • It is okay to take the device off and try again the next day until you get used to wearing it.

Is ZValves for sleep apnea?

This product is intended for snoring and is not intended to treat sleep apnea, which is a serious medical condition. Consult your doctor if you think you may have sleep apnea.

Can I return ZValves?

This item is non-refundable and non-returnable as it is worn in the nose and breathed on. If you have any issues with the item, please contact us to determine if a replacement is necessary.
